Haley is an Atlanta native and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating summa cum laude from Auburn University. She began her career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where she worked in the Pediatric ICU for the next five years. Haley’s personal interest in skin health lead her to transition her career to plastic surgery. While working in the plastic surgery setting, Haley’s interest in skin health and medical aesthetics quickly turned into her passion. She went on to receive extensive training in facial anatomy, injectables, and various approaches to anti-aging alongside a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon.

Haley currently specializes in creating custom and individualized treatment plans for every client in order to provide beautiful, natural-looking results. She is continually learning new techniques and procedures, so she can treat her clients to the highest potential. Haley loves getting to know each and every client and helping them instill confidence in themselves through the use of natural cosmetic enhancements.

Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her family and friends at the lake and cheering on the Auburn Tigers

 

 

 

 

 

 

A graduate from Rutgers University in New Jersey, Marianne T. Balay, RN, MS, has held numerous nursing leadership positions in Cardiology, Oncology and Hospital Administration at several University-affiliated medical centers. A life-long advocate of Women’s Health, as Assistant Vice President of Women’s Health & Chair of the Board for the Women’s Heart Foundation, Marianne was the recipient of a Women’s Advocacy award from the Former First Lady of NJ, Dina McGreevey in 2005. Her experience with a renowned cosmetic surgery practice in Central New Jersey afforded her the opportunity to help women achieve their optimum health and appearance goals through customized professional health programs. This has enabled her to expand her talent and knowledge in the Aesthetics Industry. An Allergan certified injector, Marianne’s broad experience allows her to truly understand her clients’ particular health concerns to ensure the best and safest results for their aesthetic needs.

 

 

 

Katie is the lead medical aesthetician and office manager at Magnolia Medspa. As a teenager, she struggled with cystic acne – and under the guidance of an aesthetician learned the importance of a good skin regimen and diet. She is paying that forward today by staying on the cutting edge of the latest treatments and technologies to help her clients look and feel their best. Katie enjoys continuing her education through the latest seminars and advanced training programs, having earned multiple certifications in skincare including HydraFacial, PCA, and advanced chemical peel training. When she is not helping clients choose the right combination of treatments for outstanding results, Katie is in nursing school to become an aesthetic nurse. Her favorite treatment is Microneedling with PRP.
